Rebirth: Over the Horizon

Dura's weather magic keeps the wind in the perfect direction, but the sea monster is tireless. Its webbed hands and feet allow it to swim with uncanny speed. After two hours of pursuit, it seems as though it'll be the half-orc captain who tires first. Dura is exhausted, she will have to soon stop casting magic or she will die, Dura tries to hold on with all her might but, to no avail.

"Turn the ship I am going to fight this monster or whatnot."

At his words, Dura sighs and calms the wind but keeps them handy so the Epiphany will still have some manoeuvrability. The crew prepares the catapult and gets their crossbows ready. The ship turns to face the oncoming monster. Obligingly, the sea monster approaches, ready to fight.

He slowly floats in the air and nears the sea monster the moons and stars shine brightly and he twists his weapon, from afar he looked like a devil who is ready to slaughter anything.

'This is my first kill with you soul burner, hope you live up to your vibes' as he thought Adam fastened his pace and appeared before the monster in an instant.

The sea monster also closes the distance and swipes at the Epiphany, it ignores him. Just as its huge hand was very near to smashing the ship into pieces, it froze's in its place. Its whole body was covered up with ice.

It was like a statue made from an ice block. Its health was also slowly decreasing. Adam glanced at his arsenal for CD of Cyro-freeze.

He quickly moves around and elegantly cuts the neck of the ice statue into two.

The broken half falls into the ocean and causes huge waves and pushes Epiphany very far from where he was standing.

Adam glanced at his EXP bar it was 20% through level 66. He was surprised by the fact that this EXP was given to him by a single kill.

'It really must have given me a lot, huh' as he thought Adam flew across the air and reached the Epiphany.

After some time, a beautiful female came inside the private room. She has bright white skin, a snub nose, and roman eyes, and chestnut brown hair which magnifies her beauty.

But, the young man unfazed by her appearance and says, "Report"

"But, master, A player has uncovered the Hidden plot and conversed with those two demonic beasts"

"He also refused the offer of becoming a demon summoner"

"Is that so?" the young man's face slightly twisted and he thought for a second. "No problem, Ignore him, even if he kills the crown prince of Atlanta, he will never figure out that, this is all connected to his world"

He sighed and took shower, after that he made some pancakes and took milk from the fridge, his sister was nowhere to be found.

Just as he was about to take his snacks, his smart band started to vibrate, he turned on the phone call.

"Brother, quickly come to the Net cafe, which is located across from our university" it was his sister.

"Julie, What are you doing there?"

"Don't ask, come quickly" she urged and the call ended.

'Sigh, this girl..' Adam sighs and quickly eats his meal and puts on his overcoat and goes outside.

Adam entered the car and started the engine, as always his car didn't make any sound and quickly picked up the pace.

Adam drives, looking at the night outside the window. His beautiful eyes reflected the light of the beautiful night.

There was a brown-coloured bottle in the space beside the steering, he took out the bottle and drank a sip from it.

He immediately smiled brightly, like a cat getting dried fish, 'How many years has it been since I drank this wine'

Adam fell silent there was a bit of tear in the corner of his eyes as the signal turned green, he took the car with another sip.

Just after a few minutes, a cool black first-generation car arrived before the net cafe, but of them who hang around this area were students, they can't help but become curious about the person who drove the car.

A tall man with a well-toned physique and with an elegant white-skinned face came out of the car, his light-dyed blonde hair was a perfect match with the brightly shining emerald eyes.

Adam quickly gazed through the surroundings and spotted Jane who was standing and waving at him.

"I thought, you won't come"

Jane pointed her finger inside the cafe and said "It's like this, someone is holding [Horizon] Arena Challenge in the Internet cafe."

'Oh, it's the offline selection of teams under the guild.' Adam thought and she continued "But, that is not important, we already have our guild. The important part of this whole thing is, the one who defeats the guardian gets 80,000$"

Adam was unfazed because he already has millions of gold in his player account, once the exchange system opens next month he will convert it into dollars but, "It is not bad to earn money"

"Right! I know you would say this, Brother~" Jane exclaims with joy "Come, let's go inside, quickly"
