Naval Gacha System: It's Time To Monopolize The Seven Seas!

Chapter 192: | 192 | Final Battle Part 5

tBlood splattered throughout the upper deck of a lone rear battleship while several corpses laid across the wooden floor. After taking care of the last remaining crew in the deck of the giant medieval battleship, Abraham turned his attention towards the two individuals standing in front of him.

He quickly deduced that they were the War Master and captain of the battleship.

"I was expecting for the two of you to run away. Is my head really worth your lives?" He questioned the two as they could have escape as he took care of the crew that kept bothering him with their blades and archaic guns.

Naturally, these weapons were ineffective since nothing but their blood remained on his clothing. There was no sight of an injury, and he didn't even look exhausted after fighting over a hundred crew members.

"Their and our sacrifices are for the greater good. As long as you fall with us, victory will be claim by the Colonial Dominion. Your heretical organization will sink into the bottom of the sea." The captain remarked as he brandished his sword, immediately charging towards Abraham.

With the support magic of the War Master engraved throughout his body. The commanding officer was much faster and stronger than a normal human. Although his power didn't rival that of the fleet admiral, the spells scattered throughout his body threatened to cross over the gap.

Abraham squinted his eyes and dodged the sword swung by the commanding officer. He noticed the unnatural agility and speed of the captain along with the extraordinary sharpness of his sword. It was at this moment that he remembered the discussion he had with his lover before the invasion.

Her words resounded in his mind, as though giving him a reminder.

...

"Laplace, does magic work against me?" He questioned, wanting to know more about how he stood against the Magus. His lover observed him for a short moment and soon nodded in agreement. "Magic is an effective tool against you, Abraham."

"While your body has a high resistance over the natural, it has little to no resistance against the unnatural. So, I advice you to be careful around individuals with magical-capabilities. As long as you don't get hit by them, there's no way for you to lose." She smirked while pinching his cheeks.

...

'It looks like I need to be extra cautious.' Abraham quietly thought as he kept dodging the incoming attacks of the commanding officer. After noticing an opening, he quickly countered but was quickly impeded by a couple of barrier spells. The barrier spells practically negated the force of his counterattack.

Quite a troublesome problem.

"Your puny strength is not enough to defeat magic." The captain roared and continued charging towards the fleet admiral. He swung his blade in an accelerated speed, creating air blades that propelled themselves forward in a sonic boom.

But nevertheless, Abraham dodged it and immediately started his counter attack. He sprinted towards the commanding officer, arriving quickly beside him and threw a couple of punches. It was a consecutive punch.

*BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!*

His punch was quick and precise, hitting the same spot a couple of times in a mere moment. Some barrier spells cracked under pressure with a few broken. The captain was thrown backward, which probably saved several of his spells from breaking under Abraham's punches.

*BOOM!*

The captain crashed into his quarters with smoke bellowing out of the hole he had created. The War Master glanced at him and felt his instincts screamed. In a second, he conjured over a dozen barrier spells around him and as he gazed forward. He saw Abraham standing in front of him.

Abraham's fist had already made contact with his spell, to which many more followed. The fleet admiral didn't give them the chance to breathe. After all, since they desired a battle of attrition, he'd gladly give them what they wanted.

Who would last longer? Them or the fleet admiral?

*BAM!* *BAM!* *BAM!*

Like the commanding officer, the War Master got thrown back. But he easily landed back into the wooden deck through the assistance of his spells and conjured many more defensive spells.

Abraham was about to keep attacking, but was interrupted by the captain, which appeared out of nowhere and swung his sword to the fleet admiral's neck. Unfortunate for him, Abraham dodged and immediately disappeared from the spot.

He emerged in front of the two and their position remained the same as before.

"I didn't expect to meet skillful opponents in my second bout against the Magus Tower. A great fighter and a skilled supporter. The concept of using support and defense means that it would be difficult to defeat the two of you swiftly."

"Especially when one of you is skillful enough to conjure small barriers en masse instead of a large one. How problematic." Abraham shook his head, though a smile remained on his face.

The commanding officer was a middle-aged man with the usual face of a battleship captain. On the other hand, the War Master was a cloaked individual, somewhat smaller and harder to perceive. It seems that their cloak has a sense-dispersion spell, making it difficult to see who was underneath it.

"But... There's one thing the two of you haven't notice." The edges of Abraham's lips rose, becoming a smirk. He couldn't help but wonder if he was becoming like the problem dragon, which brought chills in his spine. He'd rather avoid being someone like her.

One was already enough for the United Navy to handle.

The commanding officer raised his eyebrows, unable to understand what Abraham meant. However, the War Master immediately realized what the fleet admiral was trying to do. But before she could act, he was already on the move.

"You are a War Master, which means that your main strength and capability comes from the very ship itself." Without a tinge of hesitation and delay, Abraham threw a punch downward and immediately broke through several decks of the battleship.

The giant warship trembled as it collapsed in on itself. The two fell onto their feet, barely able balance themselves in a collapsing ship. The commanding officer gritted his teeth in annoyance and glared at the fleet admiral, who stood at the very top of what remained in the battleship.

"There's no need for us to fight to death. My subordinates will handle that for me." He uttered to the two, who stand on a sinking ship. "And don't mistake me for a mindless beast who's out craving for blood. I notice your plan of trying to surround me with your fleet."

He had long noticed what they wanted to do with him as he fought against the crewmembers of the battleship. But he played along, wanting to see where it would go. Not only that. His presence could also attract the attention of the fleet, lessening the pressure over the United Navy.

After all, they were out for blood, wanting to behead him and place his head on a stake to be burned for eternity.

In the background behind him, several battleships surrounding the sinking warship. They were preparing to fire their cannons, intending to end him along with the collapsing warship. However, what they never thought was him being a bait.

"The firepower of the United Navy doesn't simply lay in the warship it holds. Don't underestimate our ground forces. They can dominate an entire ocean by themselves if given a chance." Abraham turned his head towards the heavens and closed his eyes.

In the nearby islands that surrounded the island of Terra, several M142 HIMARS resided in the shores with their armament pointed towards the northern seas. They had been deployed by the United Navy before the invasion with the mission to support the Spear of Longinus in their endeavor.

Now that the Spear of Longinus was in a naval battle against the fleet of Terra. It was time for them to make a move. With the coordinates and the guidance of several frigates in the combined-offensive fleet. It didn't take long for the himars caps to opened and released its PrSM or Precision Strike Missile.

In a couple of seconds, dozens of missiles propelled themselves onward and shot onto the heavens. They pierced through the sky and accelerated into the naval battle hundreds of kilometers away.

"It doesn't matter if you have found out about our plan. Your ground forces are busy seizing the island of Terra. You, on the other hand, are surrounded. Even if we die, it doesn't matter as long as you die with us." The commanding officer remarked.

Victory was at hand. With the fleet admiral surrounded by over a dozen battleships that had answered his call, it wouldn't be long before he dies in their supreme power.

But unexpectedly, Abraham began chuckling as if barely containing his amusement. The captain wondered if the so-called fleet admiral have become maddened after being completely surrounded. Though, Abraham then looked down at them with a cold gaze.

"Unfortunately, all of you except for me will die. That is your fate and destiny. You should have asked the assistance of the Magus Tower instead. They would have been more effective." He shook his head in disappoint as if they had failed to interest him any longer.

Abraham quickly jumped away from the sinking battleship and shot himself back to the direction of the United Navy. He glanced back at the surrounding battleships, a tinge of coldness shrouded his heart. It didn't take long before the PrSM ordnance made their impact.

And from that impact was art.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!!!*
