Chapter 171: Fun Waiting (2/2)

Chapter 171: Fun Waiting (2/2)

"This is Blazeburst Tome of Arcane Inferno," Aleron thought of a cool and opened the book's first page as it radiated the unique elemental energy he created.

"Learning this will allow you to create the Blazeburst Essence that fuels ten SSS-rank skills of different types in this book. It requires Flame, Earth, and Wood affinity to learn, so not all of you can learn it, but once you learn it, it's more powerful than your clan's secret magic art."

These Draconites used two magic arts that fueled their skills, first Magflame Essence and Crimson Flare Essence.

Crimson Flare essence was of higher rank, but it was still weaker than Blazeburst Essence Aleron created. It was on the same level as the Shadeblitz Abrration essence of the Eldritch Tome of Arcane Aberrations, which contained combined aspects of Shadow, Lightning, and Blood Syllabus.

These Draconites were Exceed and Primeval-rank, so they could clearly sense the powerful arcane essence of this magic tome Aleron showed.

"It's a real deal!"

"I have all three elements, so I can learn it!"

"How do we win that?"

"I will play!"

The Draconites became excited, their wariness disappearing.

Aleron laughed and said, "Only two more. Not all of you need to play, but even if one of you wins, this Magic Tome is yours."

In the end, the Draconites decided the two more players using rock, paper, scissors.

The board game was an adventure game with each player having Health Points and Gear Slots and they would wander in the big world of peril and fortune by rolling dice.

The first one to reach the 500th step would be the winner, but with many obstacles and random stuff in between, it was fun.

"I got six!"

The 3D model character on the board moved six steps, arriving on a mountain peak displaying an embedded sword with lightning crackling on clouds. It was all life-like since Aleron created it like that.

Soon, a monotone voice rang.

[You acquired a Thunderfell Sword, Attack+30.]"

"Wow, that's good"

"Finally got a second gear. This one is good."

"My turn."

[Fell into the Swamp of Blackrot, you lose 23 health points.]

"Pff, keep this up and you're dead."

"He's lucky he got armor-type gear in the previous turn or he would lost more health points."

While playing, half an hour passed by and the winner was about to be decided. Aleron was second to lose all of his health points, so only two Draconites were racing to reach the end.

The Magic Tome was already theirs, but everyone was absorbed in the game, wanting to see who would win.

Suddenly, Aleron felt Enorin's presence appearing in his palace in the elf clan and teleported her beside his Arcana Throne.

Enorin was surprised, but only her eyebrows moved up before she calmly asked, "This is?"

Aleron grabbed her wrist as Enorin felt a pull, but she didn't resist and let him lead before she found herself on Aleron's lap.

"Welcome, Eno. We are playing a game here."

Enorin saw what happened on the board after a Draconite rolled the dice and understood the game.

"I understand now," Enorin nodded. "It's interesting."

Aleron grinned and poked Enorin's stomach from the sides, "It seems you were eager to come here and didn't stabilize fully."

Enorin's cheeks turned slightly pink, "I thought I would stabilize the physical body by fighting here, and... I wanted to be with Master fast."

Aleron heartily laughed and hugged her tightly with his arms around her stomach, "You're too cute~"

Enorin felt as if thousands of horses were running over her heart, her cheeks flushed and stomach like a burning stove.

"I won! Let's go!"

"Damn it!"

"Six to end, hahaha. What luck."

"This bastard became lucky halfway and never backed down."

Aleron laughed as he watched them getting worked up.

"Here's your reward," Aleron snapped his finger as the magic tome appeared again. The draconites looked at it with fiery eyes as the book flew towards the winner draconites. "Thanis, take it and learn," the Draconites gave it to another one. "You're most talented in our clan, but you didn't have a chance to learn outside in the city for better skills."

"That's right. Thanis deserves it most to learn first. The clan head's son took the quota even though it should have Thanis."

Thanis was moved to tears as he heard all that and grabbed the Magic Tome with trembling hands.

Aleron saw that the guy was an Exceed-rank and was also the youngest in the group. "Nepotism runs everywhere, aye. Hey, Thanis, if you can learn that Magic Tome and all of its skills, I'll give you one more reward."

Enorin was smiling and also relaxed now, her eyes were to her left where Aleron's head was resting on her shoulder.

"We didn't even ask your name, benefactor," Thanis respectfully said and bowed, "Thank you and would you honor us with your name?"

"The name's Aleron, nice to meet you," Aleron grinned.

"Lord Aleron, I-I shouldn't say it, but General Karasen will come here soon," Thanis said as

his eyes dodged around.

The others also turned silent.

"Yeah, I am waiting for him here," Aleron laughed. "No need to worry about me. Anyway, let's go for the second round."

"I'll make the board bigger to include all of us inside. Let's see.... This time, I'll give you a powerful one-time use magic item that can stop time within an area for one minute."

While Aleron, Enorin, and other Draconites started playing the second round of the Bizzare Magic Adventure board game, the other Draconites began gathering watch as well. Naturally, among the higher-ups of the Draconites, there were a few bad apples remaining.

One of them was a Primeval-rank powerhouse who had stayed there and was angry at Aleron and others for playing.

'Did they fucking forget that the clan head died!'

'Damn it!'

The dynamic of this Draconite clan was a bit different. Their clan head was not good and the majority of Draconites were naturally oppressed, their city running with corruption and

unfairness.

'They will be punished once General arrives here!'

He didn't want to make a ruckus in fear of his death, so frustrated and angry, he went to a residential area in the city, about to commit his usual atrocity.
