Chapter 203 - Do You Accept Your Defeat?!

Chapter 203 - Do You Accept Your Defeat?!

His name left her mouth when she saw him falling on the ground because of a mere stone.

Austin did not leave him open and was ready to attack Javier's back, on his neck when Javier immediately shifted and moved his body to another side.

Sliding to where his sword was, within a few seconds he was back on his toes, ready with the sword in his hand.

The swift movement of his was noted by everyone, which made, not only Jennifer but others relax too.

"I.. thought you might lose it.." Jennie mumbled in between her breathe when a sigh escaped her mouth.

"No, Ms. Jennifer. He will not lose.. since he doesn't know what losing means." The voice from behind, made her turn around and look, to find Charles standing beside her.

With his hands into his pockets, she found his calm and composure which was somewhat odd. 'He has too much confidence..' she found it not entirely wrong but.. somehow it doesn't suit.

"You mean to say that Javier.. has never lost anything in his life ever?" Jennifer can't help but ask to get a straight answer, "No, he has lost.. many a time in his life. What I meant is, he never loses in sports like this."

The words cleared her confusion which made her nod her head in agreement. How wonderful would it be for him to not lose?

"Javier must have learned everything. Since he was a child, isn't it true?" She was curious, as his techniques and way of defending himself looked more similar to any professional.

The same thought made her wonder, how extensive his training used to be in the past? "You're Not entirely correct.. Ms. Jennifer. He left his training for at least two and half years when he was in his teens."

A frown curved down her forehead when she looked at Charles, "Why?"

Initially, His lips were sealed. But when he saw her learning gaze, he finally opened his mouth, "Due to the circumstances. He wasn't in any condition to go to work.. or something."

Why? What happened like this?

Tons of questions were raised in her mind, which she ask further but she kept herself, mum, at this point. Asking something else didn't seem appropriate to her when he too had his guards raised.

Moreover, if someone had to tell her about this, won't Javier come to her straightaway and tell her himself? She will wait for the time to come and let this thing happen.

Her concentration went back to the game where Javier and Austin were entangled in fighting. No one was less in their time than attacking others with all their might.

Not only that but Javier, who was earlier only defending, has started to show his true and hidden colors. His attacks were more aggressive as compared to Austin's basic ones.

It was crystal clear who is more talented and has a better experience. 'Tsk tsk, it was just Austin's ego to fight!' Her mouth twisted when she realized that Austin had nothing better to do except to showcase his fighting skills in front of her.

Was there any need for the same? She didn't feel so.

There were many times when Austin lost his balance and was on the verge of falling but somehow stood again on his toes.

What impressed Jennifer at this point was how Javier waited patiently until the man got up instead of attacking straight.

It being the showed that he will not accept the win until and unless the reason for Austin's loss is he, himself.

Hannah, who came and stood on her other side, whispered in her slow voice, "Your men are actually doing a wonderful job."

A blush crept on her cheeks after hearing this. But at the same time, she corrects the sentence herself, "Only one man..not both of them.."

"Oh really? I heard both of them are actually fighting for you.. anyways, who will win?" Hannah didn't prey on the earlier topic and changed it automatically.

Jennifer too didn't say anything with respect to the Winner but her eyes were only the single man..from the very start whose name she mumbled in her mind already, 'Javier..'

At the same time, Javier and Austin, who have been fighting for so long are already on the verge of exhaustion. It wasn't easy to fight with the heavy sword in their hand at all.

Moreover, just from one glance, Jennifer can say aloud that Austin has already given up but is still persistent to fight because of his high ego.

"Ahhhhh…" Javier brought his sword in front of Austin, who easily defended but his legs gave up, due to his uneven breathing.

His knees were hurting to extend where Austin landed on the ground, not because of any stone or imbalance but his ex won.

It was enough to indicate that Austin had no practice and that amount of energy to fight with Javier since Javier's stamina wasn't marked with him.

Within a few minutes, his sword dropped from his hand, Austin was sitting on the ground with his lungs expanding and contracting. "I….i.."

Javier kept his sword on the neck of the Austin, with a slight gap between them. Just one incorrect move of either will slide the sword against Austin's neck.

The sharp and cold surface of the sword came against his neck, making Austin realize the situation. His eyes lifted to see Javier, who looked no less intimidating.

Everyone's breath halted, to believe Javier would hurt him?

There were thousands of thoughts that surfaced in her mind, if she should say that will Javier go in the same manner, just how Austin took the advantage of the situation?!

Instead, all he did was the smirk that curled his lips into a meaningful smile, making him look utmost cold that was mixed with his smile.

"So.. Do you accept.. your defeat, Mr. Brown?"
