Chapter 91: Back to the World of Avatar, Six Months Later

[3rd POV]

"God that feeling never gets any better" Artemis said with a groan, as the girls reappeared back in their Apartment in Republic City.

"You'll all get used to it...probably" Gwen said, causing Artemis to huff slightly at what she said, knowing that was unlikely.

"You're lucky that doesn't effect you anymore" M'gann said with a pout, as she stumbled ever so slightly.

"Why doesn't it affect you? It even affects me" Raven asked, causing Gwen to chuckle.

"I'm a lot of things, Raven. Some of them make me immune to things like sickness, and also include adapting to things like traveling the multiverse and the side effects that has on the body. You'll eventually get used to it, I'm sure, but not until we travel more often" Gwen replied, causing Raven to slowly nod in acceptance.

"So, while we're here putting out stuff away, are you going to go and find Korra?" Artemis asked, causing Gwen to nod.

"That's the plan, I've also got to hope she doesn't try to smack me or anything, although I kinda deserve it" Gwen responded, before giving each of the girls a soft peck on their lips, leaving them blushing slightly.

"I'm off! Wish me luck!" Gwen said, as the girls waved her bye, before she teleported off.

[Air Temple Island]

Reappearing on Air Temple Island, Gwen spread her senses as she looked for Korra, only to smile as she found her nearby.

Walking through the island, she sighed as she enjoyed the feeling of the air brushing against her skin, finding that she had missed this world, probably because it felt so much

more...clean, and more than that, it felt...spiritual.

Walking around a corner, she smiled as she watched Korra thrust her fists forward, air billowing out of them and against a nearby tree, with Tenzin and his children watching at the side.

"Wow, you've progressed nicely while I've been gone" Gwen spoke out loud, causing Korra to jump at the sound, before her head snapped in the direction of Gwen, her eyes going wide as she saw Gwen standing there, smiling as she gazed at her.

"I apologize for leaving, I had some...things I had to deal with, things that couldn't wait" Gwen said, as Korra marched forward, growing closer to her, Gwen half expected for the girl to swing at her, only to blink in surprise as the shorter girl wrapped her arms around her, and...hugged her?

"I-I'm happy your back, Gwen. I've missed you" Korra softly muttered as she hugged Gwen close, her face against Gwen's shoulder, as she took in her scent subtly.

Smiling softly, Gwen wrapped her own arms around Korra and whispered "I've missed you too, my favorite bending student"

"Don't tell Bolin that" Korra replied, causing Gwen to crack a smile, as they separated.

"Gwen, I am glad you are okay. But I must ask...what caused you to leave?" Tenzin asked, as he walked up to the two of them, inwardly smiling as he noticed the way Korra hugged Gwen so closely.

"My home was being invaded by some...not nice people, bandits of sorts. I had to deal with them and the damages caused, but I'm back now, thankfully" Gwen replied, causing Tenzin and Korra to frown.

"Who invaded? Was it one of the-" "Just a bandit group, Korra, nothing you've got to worry about" Gwen said, cutting off Korra from her thoughts.

"And are your people okay?" Tenzin asked, causing Gwen to nod.

"So...what has happened while I was gone?" Gwen asked, causing the two to look at one another, before her.

"Well...how long do you have?"

[Months later]

Time had flown on by since the return of Gwen to the world of ATLA, and...a lot had happened. After talking with Korra and Tenzing and learning of the death of Amon and him being a bloodbender, Gwen ended up returning back to the apartment, while promising to continue training Korra in the areas she needed training in. Alongside Bolin and even Mako who had both joined into the training, forming a training group that had her teaching them all sorts of techniques and styles, including foot work.

Mako and Korra ended up stopping their pro bending matches, as they focused more on training, and in Mako's case becoming an officer/detective. Korra on the otherhand, had focused more on Avatar training, and training with Gwen.

Bolin had remained a pro bender, but his new members of fire ferrets were...awful, so they were losing...a lot.

During this time, Gwen had received some new quests, and had done a LOT.

She received a sort of quest chain, one that was perfect for the current world.

[No More Crime]

Wipe out criminals around the world, 2 NL tickets per 1,000 Criminals defeated.

[Crime Rings no more]

Wipe out crime groups around the world, 3 NL Tickets per 3 crime rings destroyed.

These quests were...very very easy for her, entirely because she had a living shit load of chakra, and combine that with shadow clone jutsu, and you have an army of shadowclones that will constantly be wiping out crime.

She had completed the first quest for the first time after wiping out the remaining equalists and crime groups in Republic city, giving her 5 NL tickets from the No more crime quest, and

the Equaists quest.

With these new quests, Gwen ended up making literal hundreds of shadow clones and spread them out around the world, and had them shapeshift into various random forms, so no one could link them back to her.

Through this, she had completed both quests many, many times.

[No More Crime | Completed: 104 times]

[Crime Rings no more | Completed: 35 times]

The first quest was completed another 104 times, for a total of 105 completions, or 105,000 criminals, far more than Gwen was expecting. And the other was completed a total of 35 times, and was the main reason the first one was completed so many times.

The fact that so many people lived in the ATLA world was surprising, but she supposed that it wasn't entirely unexpected, as the world was huge, and largely unexplored.

With this, she had gained another 313 NL tickets, giving her a total of 473 NL tickets, a lot more than she was hoping for, and more than enough to give her a good bit of power. She planned on completing the quest continuously until the system locked it, which she imagined was gong to happen once she completed the first one 500 times or so, and the second 250 times or so. That's what she expected at least.

She hadn't used them just yet, as she wanted to save up until the next world, that way she'd be able to use it all at the same time, and gain a ton of them. As the world of ATLA didn't have much in terms of challenges, not anymore.

During this time, she ended up completing some other normal hidden quests as well, some of

which gave some pretty decent rewards.

All of these quests added up to a total of 555 NL tickets, enough for 55 TL tickets, a lot, but she

still planned on saving, unless something came up.

At the moment Gwen and the girls were on a boat, their destination? The Southern Water

Tribe, what for?

The Glacier Spirits Festival, aka...where season 2 begins, and where Gwen will meet a very important spirit, one that she had been waiting for for...quite some time.

Sitting in her bed within the boat, Gwen smiled as she looked to the roof, and thought.

'Soon you'll be mine...Vaatu'

That's the end of the chapter!

Not sure how well the ending was made, but I tried lol.

She's got a ton of tickets now, but she won't be using them for a while.

Also, I've got an idea for a new type of quest, that I'll be trying out within the next world, so

that'll be interesting.

Next chapter should be roughly the same length, and will have some talks and all that.

Gwen is now older, and quite a lot of time has passed! With that, came her growing her connection to her new power, wiping out criminals around the world, and tons more.

Anyways, have a good day!
