Chapter 130: Chapter 130: Reality, More Characters, and a Boring Battle



[3rd POV] [A couple more days later]

Gwen had found rather quickly that the festival and battles were...very very boring. She had watched team RWBY and JNPR fight their battles, which was rather one sided due to the superior tech that the teams had, and the training they did with the girls. The training had boosted them far past what their canon selves were at this point in time, giving them more than enough skill and power to take care of her fellow students (from other schools).

The other fight that had caught her eye was Cinder's team, and Korra's. Cinder and Korra had both completely and utterly dominated their opponents, with the girls defeating their foes in the fastest time in festival history, completely overwhelming the team they had been assigned to fight with ease.

With the next couple of days passing, Gwen ended up beginning her absorption of the next stone, this being reality. The stone turned out to be quite the complicated little thing, thanks to the intricate connection to the MCU, being the personification of "Reality". But, after hours of work (and stopping time for a few hours to help) the stone had been absorbed, and a quest had been completed.

With this absorption, Gwen had decided to do her last usage of tickets before the system evolution that would come within the next month, an evolution that would see her rising to an entirely new realm of power, power that would go a lot in the next universe. She had turned 100 into TL and used the 50 NL, as well as 23 TL Tickets.

The characters had been quite the boon for her, with Valerie Tepes and Rustyrose easily being the best of all of them.

Rustyrose had a very very simple, but powerful ability known as "Arc of Embodiment". This ability allowed Rustyrose to form and create anything he can imagine through magic. However it cannot make living beings, and has various other limits that stopped him from creating something too insane.

Valerie Tepes on the other hand has the sacred gear known as "Sephiroth Graal" which was a very very very interesting item, even by Gwen's standards. It allowed the wielder to directly contact the Principle of Life itself, showing her how life itself was made, and how souls were created. It was an incredible thing, one that normally would destroy her mind and soul, but thanks to the power of her mind and soul, she was easily able to handle the strain it bore on her.

This knowledge wouldn't be too useful at the moment, but she knew that once she absorbed the soul stone, she would be using it alot.

At the moment Gwen was sitting in a waiting room, her first fight coming up soon. It was against some unknown team from Atlas that had admitted. They were called team TITN and were made up of 2 girls and 2 boys, and they all seemed to be...quite arrogant.

"It's time for your match, Gwen" Korra's voice called out as Gwen looked up to her girlfriend. They had been pretty busy over their time in Beacon, so they hadn't been interacting as much as they should have been, something that Gwen was going to be fixing once they got to their new world.

"Thanks for telling me, babe" Gwen said with a smile as she got to her feet. Leaning forward she softly kissed Korra on the lips, causing the adorable Avatar to blush.

"This'll be over in a jiffy" Gwen continued, as she walked past Korra, grinning as she felt the gaze of her girlfriend on her behind, swaying her hips more as she walked out, enjoying the gaze of her girlfriend.

'...This is boring' A deadpanning Gwen thought as she dodged another strike effortlessly. She had been out in the arena for around a minute now, and had already started the fight. Her introduction was met with a lot of laughter as the crowd thought that she was a fool, and the racist ones mocked her for "Being an overconfident faunus". They shut up rather quickly when she effortlessly dodged every blow the rival team threw against her, all the while, messing with them by poking their sides, and flicking them.

"Stop dodging!" One of the girls said her name was Trinity if Gwen remembered correctly.

"Hmm, nah. If you want to hit me so badly, just try a bit harder" Gwen replied with a grin as she rotated out of the way of yet another blow, before sticking her leg out as the girl tripped. Letting out a growl, the girl attempted to get back to her feet, only for a kick to slam against her face, knocking her out in an instant.

Seeing their teammate knocked out, the last three members of team TITN charged towards her from all angles they could, as Gwen glanced around with a bored yawn.

"Best to get this done with, you guys are boring" Gwen said with a sigh, as while it was fun watching them try and fail to attack her, she'd much rather take them out and focus on Salem and her goons, as she was getting close to wiping them out.

Before the group of three could even properly react, Gwen blurred in a burst of incredible speed, a singular chop slammed against the back of their necks, knocking them unconscious in an instant, and completely shattering their aura like it was paper. "Alright then, now that that is over with, let's get some food!" Gwen cheered as she walked off with a grin, ignoring the flabbergasted crowd and the shocked announcer. At the same time, other more important figures watched closely, just as surprised as the rest of them. Chief amongst them was James Ironwood, the Council that practically ran Vale, and Cinders team. They knew she was strong, but not to the point of effortlessly overpowering a

seemingly powerful team.

"G-Gwen has won the battle in a shocking show of power! Team TITN is out!"

All the while, Gwen had only one thought on her mind.

'I wonder if Remnant has Cheesecake'

This chapter was...not the best, but I am currently sick (Got the Flu I believe) so I feel like shit.

This was the best I could do. Next chapter will be the same, as I was sick during the writing of that one as well. It'll be a chapter that will mostly be Gwen planning, so a bit of an info dump
