Wu Sui was essentially sending him to the bronze corpse's maw to delay the bronze corpse's speed, making it easier for Wu Sui and Ying Ni to escape.

The Ghost Patroller didn't even glance at Wu Sui. He wouldn't believe Wu Sui's words; if he gave Wu Sui the Jade Essence Grass, Wu Sui would undoubtedly escape faster than anyone else.
