One Piece: Gambling to The Top

Entering the palace with his girls, Josh body started feeling warmer as it started adapting to the surrounding heat. 

While they were walking, Robin had many eyes appear on the walls. It was because Josh had asked her to look for where Accino keeps his money. 

While walking slowly, Mikita was jumping excitedly while holding Josh's arms. She thought it was finally the time to play with the Devil and get another awesome reward.

As she stared at Josh, she felt quite guilty that Josh had given her an item that took her Devil Curse. But somehow, it made her have stronger feelings for him now, knowing his reason. Josh seems to care about her more than he cares about himself or his image. 

As Robin continued her search, Mikita stopped Josh from moving and started exchanging kisses with him, saying that it will warm him. Of course, Josh didn't refuse it, and only enjoyed the warmth. 

After ten minutes or so, Robin came back toward the two kissing birds. Taking a deep breath, she said. "I found it." 

Josh pulled his lips back, smiled at Mikita, and then turned his face to Robin. "Let's go." 

When he reached his destination, Josh found himself standing in front of a big steel gate. 

Marianne was in front of it, her hand inside of the big keyhole. Her small hand was the only one that could fit inside. While showing struggle on her face, her hands moving, she muttered. "I found the key, I can't just pull it back." 

"Don't tell me, we need to find the key," Mikita said, stepping forward and cracking her fist. "Move away, I will punch it." 

"No need," Josh said as he stepped forward, lifted Marianne from her collar, and put her behind them. 

Mikita held Marianne from the shoulders and stepped back while Robin just watched.  

Taking his sword out of his storage, he made four slashes, creating a square in front of them, which allowed them to enter. 

What was inside of the steel gate was now visible as the group made their way inside. 

"Wow!" Marianne opened her arms and jumped forward, landing on a pile of gold and jewels. 

"So much money!" Mikita said, staring at the green papers. 

"I know." 

Josh took a deep breath. 

This is the scent he likes. 

In front of him, there was a big pile of money, surrounded by more gold and jewels. 

'Finally, I can gamble.' He thought. 

Robin analysed the situation and said. "It seems that Accino keeps the treasures, and he is transforming money into gold. Smart investment, I can say." 

"We will just sell everything," Josh said, reaching his hand toward the money. "Come to papa." 

It was a sight that he had forgotten a long time, ever since he had taken Crocodile down. 

Greed was taking over his heart that Josh was lost in his dreams of gambling with the system and getting a legendary reward. 

"Josh!" 

Turning to Mikita who called him, Josh noticed that she was staring at him strangely, just like the other girls. 

Somehow, the gold and jewels around were shaking, slowly moving toward Josh. 

Snapping back, Josh stared at his hands. 

The demonic energy was being unleashed from them, and it wasn't controlled. 

Since he had experience and spiritual talent from the system, he had some understanding of what is happening. 

"Greed, I see." Taking a deep breath, Josh controlled his demonic energy. 

"What are you talking about." Robin. 

"My Ancient Demon Zoan, it has the attributes of demonic sins."

"You mean…" Robin half closed her eyes. "Not only you can be like an incubus, but you can use other powers of other mythical devils." 

Josh nodded. He didn't try to understand why. It's One Piece world. Only a hopeless person would try to look for logic here. 

"So, how do you use it," Mikita asked. 

"Other than lust, I don't know how to use this attribute. I will figure it out with time." 

"Lust is enough for me, I hope it's fun," Mikita smirked, teasing Josh. 

Robin answered, blushing and gulping. "Trust me, It's more like pleasurable sweet torture. You'll enjoy it, but you will wish it lasts forever." 

"Still wanna try it," Mikita said. 

"I guess Robin is trying to scare us, so she keeps him for herself." Marianne nodded too. 

Robin rolled her eyes and didn't say anything more. 

Josh shook his head.

After they collected the money and jewels, Josh realised that he had gained 700 million, plus the treasures, which he assumed to be worthing around 300-400 million. 

As they made their way outside, between the broken and limbless bodies of the bounty hunters and the agents, Josh raised his hand, asking his group to stop. 

Staring at the people down, trying to find the one who has signs of life, his finger stopped at the blonde long woman who was wearing glasses. She seemed to be fine… it seems, compared to the rest of the people. 

"Let's take this one," Josh said. 

"Hey, why! I'm the blonde one in the group." 

Mikita and the girls stared at Josh as he asked them to pick up the female agent. 

"Because," Josh looked at his girls. "She is a highly trained assassin, a master of the six powers, and I'm interested in learning the rest of them." 

Josh, as he is, knows only three powers. Shave, Moonwalk, and Storm Legs. 

There are three more powers for him to learn. 

And Kalifa was the only one here who can provide him with the knowledge.  

"Hey, but isn't she the enemy," Mikita said, trying to reason Josh. "She can bite us on the ass." 

"Isn't she too tall for you," Marianne said, holding her brush tightly. 

Josh put his hand on Marianne's head and pushed her to stand behind him. 

"I agree with the girls, except for Marianne." Robin shared her opinion. "Besides, to be a member of CP9, she had undergone a tough harsh training. Can you convince someone to teach you their top-secret? She may rather be eating a poison pill."

"Don't worry. No one can make a contact with a Devil and escape." Josh said, pointing to himself. "He will make a contact, and the poison, let's take it out, simply." 

"Oh." Mikita took a step back, eyes widely opened, before she nodded. "So you can't escape." 

"Who said I want to escape.  Let's just go to a warm island." Josh shook the bag of gold on his back. 

Like a Demon, he can always use bad ways to assure good results, for himself. Although Josh isn't edgy or torture loving, he won't feel bad for using an agent who wanted to kill Robin, one of his girls. 

"Agree, I feel cold," Mikita said, hugging Josh's arm. Robin hugged his other arm, and Marianne climbed on his back. Sighing, Josh left the other bodies of the agents and bounty hunters. The coldness of this island, plus their injuries is enough to freeze them. 

And so, Josh made his way toward the ship, ready to converse his money into the power, and also, he has a potential trainer for the rest of the six powers.
