"Wait, wounds..." I mutter, and the next moment, I instinctively touch my eyes and notice that they are swollen. That's not all; I notice that my lips also seem to have a strange sort of thickness to them.

"The fuck, it should have healed," I say in shock, trying to get up from the bed. But Linda suddenly stops me from getting up.

"Don't bother yourself, I have a mirror here with me," She says with a smile, but to me, the smile looks somewhat sadistic.

"Thanks."

Collecting the small mirror from Linda's hand, it's just as guessed. There were a few swellings on my face and a small cut on my lips. I bet that cut on the lip is probably Tina's handiwork.

But...

"The wounds should have healed long ago," I mutter.

"Don't underestimate us, your wives, we are quite strong you know? With each of us having our own unique power," Linda explains, causing me to click my tongue.

Suddenly, the room turns silent and Linda's face turns red. She's also fidgeting with her hair as if hesitant to say something.

"Kelan, I have something to tell you..." Linda says, her expression and demeanor getting serious.

"Go on..." I say, getting intrigued to hear what she wants to tell me even though I already have a faint idea.

"I... am six months gone... I am six months pregnant!" Linda finally lets out with a burst of excitement exploding from her. Although I already have an idea, hearing it directly from her causes some butterflies to rise in my stomach. With the announcement of the pregnancy, Linda gives me a very tight hug and a deep kiss without letting me utter a word.

After a few minutes of intense kissing, Linda finally parts her lips from mine, her face red.

"But something feels weird; I don't have a baby bump yet, and I didn't want to go for a scan before your arrival. That is why I was so mad at you," Linda mutters, tears of joy falling from her face.

Suddenly, my vision turns white, then black before returning back to normal.
