Chapter 464: Chapter 464 - A bunch of crazy women
It was a Wednesday night, and Freya had accompanied Alfred to pick up Lily from school. Now, the three of them sat in a cozy café, chatting while soft music played in the background.
Lily pointed to the television broadcast in the café, which was showing a group of players preparing to attack Slumdon Town.
"Freya, why does Slumdon Town keep getting attacked? Leon is away from the town right now. Shouldn't you log in and make sure it's safe?" Lily asked.
"How could I possibly fight that many people, Lily?" Freya replied casually. "Maylock predicted this, and Elincia was prepared. I've got my hands full taking care of things there, so I can't be online right now. Besides, I don't think we need to worry-Elincia and the others won't let them take Slumdon Town that easily."
"Are they really that strong?" Lily questioned. "Against all those players? I heard it's a combination of nine guilds."
Freya smiled. "Let's see what happens to them."
"So even Maylock predicted this to happen? He really overthinks everything, doesn't he?" Alfred added, shaking his head.
Freya giggled. "Yes, he gathered a lot of intel on potential attacks on Slumdon and weighed how strong the enemy could be."
"It must be a really difficult situation for Leon," Lily said.
Several guests in the café were discussing the same topic, their voices carrying clearly to the table where Lily, Freya, and Alfred were seated.
"It looks like that player called 'Broken' is really having a streak of bad luck. First, he acquires a worthless town, and now the place he invested in is about to be destroyed," one of them said.
"I'm thrilled to see it happen! I can't wait to see how desperate and dejected he'll be after this incident. I heard the Ass Guild poured a huge amount of money into that town," another chimed in.
"I don't think the Ass Guild will end up taking any real loss," a third person added. "But Broken will definitely face demands for repayment from the guild members when he fails to protect that ridiculous town."
Lily, visibly annoyed, stood up from her seat and approached the group. "Would you be willing to take back what you said earlier about the player named Broken?"
One of the men looked up at her, confused. "Who are you?"
The third man sneered, "Why don't you join us and watch Slumdon Town and the Ass Guild get destroyed?"
Lily's eyes narrowed as she clenched her fists. "Can you just shut up and take back what you said? You don't know what he's been through to get to where he is now. Don't judge someone you barely know with such arrogance!"
Freya quickly ran up to Lily, firmly grabbing her wrist. "Lily, let's go," she said.
The men stood up, one of them sneering. "Hey, why don't you two join us here? What do you think?"
Without a word, Freya kicked their table, sending their drinks and food crashing to the floor. The loud clatter of plates and glasses echoed throughout the café, drawing everyone's attention.
"What the hell? Are you crazy?" one of the men shouted.
Everyone in the café stared, confused by the sudden commotion.
Freya glared at the group. "Next time, watch your mouth." Then she pulled Lily along, turning her back on the mess. "Alfred, pay for all the damages the café incurred."
"Certainly, Ms. Freya," Alfred replied, calmly heading towards the cashier. He gave a slight bow in the direction of the stunned men as he passed them.
"Who are they?"
"Just a bunch of crazy women!"

The Valantar Guilds Alliance had split into multiple groups, each attacking Slumdon Town from a different direction, making the town's defense a daunting task. With each team broadcasting their assault live, viewers across the world eagerly awaited the unfolding battle. Lucy stood at the front of her group as she addressed the camera.
"What you are about to witness firsthand is just how weak the Ass Guild really is. They're not as powerful as everyone thinks. They rely on each other for support, but today, you'll see what happens when they're isolated and torn apart."
She pointed towards Slumdon Town. "The Horde of Hell was too afraid to truly challenge the Ass Guild. From what I've heard, they walked away in complete defeat. I want to make it clear -the so-called big guild only has a reputation on paper. They lack the courage to actually stand up and fight.
"We, the Valantar Guilds Alliance, are made up of diverse and determined people. We will never give up!"
Suddenly, a cloud of black shadow billowed up from the ground. In the midst of the dark mist, a figure began to take form-a woman clad in ninja attire.
"Charmelyn..." Lucy whispered softly.
"All right, everyone," Lucy continued with a smirk. "Our first guest has arrived-Charmelyn the Assassin. They say she never fails in her missions, but today will be her first defeat, thanks to the strength of our alliance."
Charmelyn's gaze was calm as she addressed the group. "Good afternoon," she said softly. "May I ask what brings you here? I can see you've come with the intention of harming this town, and I won't allow that to happen."
Lucy stepped forward. "Yes, we're here to destroy the town and the Ass Guild along with it. Are you scared now?"
Charmelyn tilted her head slightly. "Thank you for clarifying your intentions," she replied in the same gentle tone. "It helps me better understand what I need to do."
Lucy laughed again, gesturing to the group of guild members behind her. "How confident are you that you can take on twenty-one of us all by yourself, Charmelyn?"
"I suppose we'll see soon enough, won't we?" she said, her grip tightening around the hilts of her daggers.
People across the internet quickly became excited, responding enthusiastically to the battle about to unfold.
"This is so cool, man! We're actually going to see how Charmelyn fights against so manyn/o/vel/b//in dot c//om
players!"
"I heard Charmelyn is a really strong assassin, and she's never failed a mission." "Yeah, right. I'm pretty sure that's just hype. I could hear the fear in her voice." "I'm convinced the Ass Guild is going to suffer a major defeat this time." "Don't overestimate the Ass Guild. Do you even know how this game works? Assassins are only good in one-on-one combat. With that many opponents, she'll get wiped out easily." "Assassins are weak against magic attacks. Only a fool would think Charmelyn could win
this."
"But isn't Charmelyn the one behind Blade Phantom?"
"No way! Charmelyn's just holding a spot in the rankings, while plenty of stronger assassins keep their identities hidden."
"This is going to end badly for the Ass Guild."
On the other side of Slumdon, Elincia descended from the sky, her body surrounded by a ring
of blue lightning. As she reached the sandy ground, about thirty people stood before her, all
of them staring in shock.
Elincia looked at them with mock surprise. "Wow... can you tell me where you all came from? Why do you look so serious? Don't tell me you're scared of me?"
One of them snapped back, "Shut up, you witch! Do you still have the nerve to talk now that
you're alone
here?"
Another sneered, "We, the Valantar Guilds Alliance, are going to raze this miserable Slumdon
Town to the ground."
"Oh, really? Well then, tell me-do you want to do this the easy way or the hard way?"
Two members of the Ass Guild were about to face a group that outnumbered them many
times over, and everyone was anticipating the result.
"Who will be the first to die, Charmelyn or Elincia?"
