Chapter 431: Chapter 431 - Take Care of Her, Okay?

Chapter 431: - Take Care of Her, Okay?

The journey back from the Capital City of the Dissidia Kingdom began, with Broken traveling alongside Elincia, who had also wrapped up her business there.

The Ass Guild had split into two groups-half staying in the capital and nearby towns, while the other half had settled in Slumdon Town. The hunting grounds around Slumdon were much more appealing, thanks to a higher concentration of powerful monsters.

Additionally, the competition in the area was still low, giving them the opportunity to dominate the hunting grounds. This was especially advantageous since few players had surpassed level 200.

Though Broken himself had yet to reach level 200, several of his contracted beasts were already beyond that mark. He only needed to help Polly reach level 200 to complete his core team's strength.

With the power he had accumulated, Broken felt more confident about his next expedition. Pawpaw, though still needing a stronger bond with him, was already a high-level asset with immense combat potential.

Pawpaw's skills focused heavily on assassination and high damage output, making him a deadly addition to the group. Polly, on the other hand, was more versatile, able to switch between her abilities and her fox form, offering a different kind of support.

As for Blaze, Broken could occasionally send the demon beast into the forest to hunt alongside Pawpaw and Polly. This would help them grow stronger, and perhaps, with enough training and experience, their grades or skills might evolve even further.

The journey toward Deadbay began early in the morning, as they aimed to reach Slumdon before nightfall. The time spent in the carriage with Elincia was mostly quiet, as she seemed engrossed in whatever she was doing on her virtual keyboard, handling her own tasks.

"So, you managed to craft a Legendary-grade sword for Princess Alora?" Elincia suddenly broke the silence, lifting her head while her fingers still danced across the virtual keyboard.

Broken grinned in response.

She sighed at his reaction. "I really wish you were solely a Blacksmith, Broken. Then we could commission more work from you. But it seems that won't happen, especially now that you've picked up a new production class."

"If only time moves faster in Yunatea," he joked.

"It's three times faster already, you want more? No, I'm sure you'd still find ways to keep yourself busy," she replied with a smirk.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

"Don't worry, I'll make time to take on some commissions for you guys later. Though I'm not sure when that will be."

"I'm sure everyone would be thrilled if you did," Elincia giggled before adding, "And honestly, I'm curious to see how you'll use that Golemancer class. I mean, with enough materials and time, I bet you could create an amazing army of golems."

Broken simply nodded at her remark, though he had deliberately postponed diving deeper into the Golemancer class. His current focus was on completing the Unseen Universe Necklace project, which had been delayed for quite some time. Perhaps after his expedition to Wildwood Forest, he'd finally turn his attention back to mastering the Golemancer class.

[Unseen Universe Necklace Blueprint]

[Grade: Unique ~ Legendary]

[With this necklace, you can easily create your own pocket dimension and store anything from new clothes to exotic animals, or even your secret treasures. So you'll never have to worry about running out of space ever again!]

[You will need some Orichalcum, one Eternal Flame Eye, and a highly sought-after Moonstone to craft this exquisite necklace.]

[A hidden feature was discovered. You can add a Monster Soul Stone of a Fairy-type creature to the material in order to add an intelligent guardian to the pocket dimension.] [Crafting this item requires the skill of a Master Blacksmith and an Expert Jeweler.] Looking at the materials required and the difficulty in obtaining them, it was clear that this project was no ordinary one. Moonstones, for instance, were so rare that Broken himself was the first player to discover them. Then there was the Eternal Flame Eye from a Faebeast, and the Soul Stone from a Faery creature.

The result grades ranged from Unique to Legendary!

At worst, the item would result in Unique-grade, but if Broken succeeded in crafting a Legendary-grade item, he would achieve two major things: another Legendary-grade item in his possession and the completion of his quest for the Legendary-class Blacksmith.

The item itself was bound to be extraordinary. It wouldn't simply be a pocket dimension to store random items. It had been explained that it could hold clothes and other objects, but the mention of storing exotic animals-albeit humorously-implied that it could contain living creatures as well. This was a major distinction from a player's typical inventory, which only stored non-living items.

[So you'll never have to worry about running out of space ever again!]

That line hinted at the pocket dimension's vast capacity, as well as a guardian that would protect it. This item was shaping up to be truly exceptional, something beyond a mere storage solution-it would be a powerful tool with capabilities that far surpassed a normal inventory.

After arriving in Deadbay City, Broken headed straight for Fokil's Smithy. He knocked on the door and entered when someone inside called him in.

"Hi, sir, how are you doing?" Broken greeted him with a smile, sounding enthusiastic. But all he received in return was a hard, expressionless stare from the dwarf.

"Shut the door, kid. I'm working," Fokil said sternly.

Broken did as Fokil said, quietly sat down nearby, watching the dwarf work, but the

atmosphere quickly shifted.

"You've only been gone a few months, and you've already done some crazy things, huh?! You even put Ivana's life in danger by taking her to Hell!" Fokil's voice was sharp with anger, his eyes glaring at Broken.

"Her armor and weapons are in terrible condition. Just what kind of creatures did you face down there, huh?!"

Broken stayed silent, surprised by the outburst. After all, Fokil himself had encouraged him to take Ivana on adventures, but now the dwarf seemed furious. He didn't even have a chance to explain himself as Fokil continued to scold him non-stop.

"Don't think just because Ivana is a strong fighter, you can drag her into dangerous places. And not just dangerous places-Hell! You're really asking for death, kid. Sure, I know you can come back, but Ivana? She doesn't have that luxury!" Fokil's voice was harsh, his concern

clear.

He stopped his work and took a deep breath, turning off his forging tools. Grabbing his bottle, The drank quickly, as if trying to cool his temper.

"Sorry, kid. I'm just... too worried. That little girl told me all about her time with you, laughing and talking about how you fought a Named Demon. That's... insane. You really..." Fokil trailed off, shaking his head.

"I'll be more careful next time, sir," Broken replied, trying to ease the tension.

"No." Fokil turned to face him, his eyes serious. "Don't take my words too literally. Do what you think is right. But please... take care of her, okay?"

"Yes, sir."

"Good." Fokil patted Broken on the shoulder. "Now get out of here. I'm busy."

"You don't want to talk a little longer, sir? I'm only here for a day."

"No, just knowing you're getting stronger is enough for me. My only message is to take care

of Ivana. Now, get going." Fokil gave Broken a firm shove, gently pushing him toward the door with a dismissive wave.

He really doesn't want to talk more? Broken thought as he was shooed out. But it was clear-the dwarf had said what he needed to say, and that was enough for him.

Broken stepped out of the smithy, startled to find someone standing right in front of him. It was a woman in a white dress, and as he lifted his gaze, he was met with a sweet smile.

"Hi, Broken," Ivana greeted him. "Did Mr. Fokil kick you out?" she giggled, holding a

wooden basket filled with food.

Broken nodded in resignation.

She giggled again. "Let me drop this off for him, then I'll be right back."

Ivana walked into the smithy, and Broken took a moment to look around. Memories of his

early days in this small town flooded back-when he had first started playing Immortal Legacy and everything had felt new and uncertain.

A little while later, Ivana emerged from the smithy, laughing softly as she approached

Broken.

"Why are you laughing?" he asked.

"Mr. Fokil apologized to me, said he was sorry for scolding you," she replied with a smile.

"He apologized to you? Even though he was the one yelling at me?"

Ivana giggled again and grabbed his hand. "Come on, walk with me around the town."

Without hesitation, they both began strolling away, leaving the smithy behind.
