Chapter 1348: Complete Destruction

Back on Melemele island, the losing situation that they were in has been turned completely upside down because of the appearance of the massive Gyarados.

The soldiers are still confused as to what happened, but none of them are complaining because they have won. They have captured all Cipher survivors as prisoners of war and are being taken to the island, where they will be locked up until their fate is decided by the court of law.

Kahuna Hala is standing on the beach with Officer Jenny beside him as they watch over their soldiers taking in the prisoners of war.

Hala "Do you know what was that?"

Kahuna Hala asks as he recalls the incident that took place, the sudden appearance of that massive Gyarados changed the course of the battle in their favor and Hala is very glad that it happened because he had no confidence in defeating the enemy, but his concern doesn't end here.

The existence of the massive Gyarados itself is the problem, it doesn't matter if the Gyarados is on friendly terms because a wild Pokemon that is not under control is a threat to society, and a Pokemon like that Gyarados is a threat to a whole country.

Jenny "I think I have an idea,"

Jenny says. The moment the Gyarados appeared, she suspected that it had something to do with Julian as he was the one who set up the current stage of this war.

Hala "What is it?"

Jenny "I believe it is related to Mr. Julian. Everything that has happened till now has gone exactly as he planned,"

Hearing her, Hala takes a moment of silence.

Hala "I hope you are right,"

He says and heads back into the island to check on the common people of the island.

Back on Ula Ula island, Julian is causing havoc as he rains fire on top of the enemy soldiers. Charizard's fire burns hotter than ever and no amount of resistance is effective against him.

Charizard blasts his flamethrower into the incoming hundreds and hundreds of enemy soldiers and pokemons and destroys them on impact.

Seeing a single person on top of his Charizard completely destroying anyone in front of them, no matter the number, set fear into the hearts of the Cipher soldiers.

So none of them dared to approach the man riding the Charizard and if he chased after them, they made a run for their life, abandoning their position, as they didn't want to die a pointless death.

It is not just Julian who has become a huge source of headache for the Cipher army attacking the Ula Ula island. As they tried to swarm Ula Ula island with sheer numbers, they thought they had the upper hand, even with Julian's involvement.

But things took a drastic turn with a special Pokemon coming forth ruining their plan. Before the army could even step onto the islands, massive tree vines and branches shot out of the ground and started whacking them as if they were unwanted insects, destroying their army in massive numbers.

The Cipher army didn't know what hit them until the culprit stepped forth. It was none other than the island guardian of the Ula Ula island, Tapu Bulu.

But even with the destruction Julian and Tapu Bulu were causing, they alone couldn't take them all out, and Ula Ula island lacked soldiers to fight their war. Charizard is also not on a level comparable to Julian's Gyarados, or Infernape, where the number becomes insignificant.

Julian needs to bring out the big hitters. He takes out a Pokeball from his dimension pocket and releases one of his heavy hitters.

As soon as this Pokemon takes the stage, dark clouds start forming in the sky, lightning starts to crackle, and thunder rumbles.

Lightning starts to shoot down and surround this Pokemon, changing the magnetic field around him and allowing him to levitate.

With a big grin on his face, Julian's Electivire looks at the field filled with victims, waiting to be electrocuted.

He then turns to look at Julian waiting for him to give him the order.

Julian "Go wild,"

Julian says, seeing that Electivire is barely able to contain his excitement.

Receiving Julian's nod, Electivire can finally go wild. The dark clouds started to spread farther apart and get bigger, while more lightning started to crackle, causing massive flashes of light.

Seeing the sudden change in weather scared everyone present in the vicinity. Especially the Cipher soldiers, as the Pokemon that is causing these changes is owned by their opposition.

"We need to get the fuck out of here," one of the soldiers murmured. He didn't care if the Cipher came hunting for him after this war. He would rather face the cipher than go against this lightning monster in front of him.

Just like him, many other soldiers are also having the same thought. The lightning is getting brighter and longer while the thunder is getting louder.

"RUN!!!" One of the soldiers shouts and turns his vehicle in the opposite direction to make a run for his life.

And with him being the first, the rest soon follow seeing his example.

The commander in charge panics seeing his men trying to flee.

Commander "What the fuck are you all doing? How dare you all try to abandon your comrades? I swear to kill you all!"

The commander in charge continues to shout, but no one listens to him. Unlucky for the ones trying to escape, they don't realize that there is no escape.

Electivire giggles as he sees flocks of people trying to escape. He raises his hands, commanding the lighting around him and in the sky, and lunges his hands at the Cipher army.

With just this one motion, multiple lighting starts shooting down from the sky and start hitting the Cipher soldiers and their Pokemon. Lighting from Electivire's hands especially targets the ones that are trying to escape.

As soon as the lightning makes contact with one person, it branches out and hits another cipher member close by, forming a root chain of electricity.

Thousands of Cipher members get zapped by the lightning within a second. Destroying their entire army.
