While nodding his head in quick succession, Azmodeus suddenly turned his focus toward a rampaging Immortal Monster in the distance. "But for that breakthrough to happen, I will need to find a few more 'willing' loot bags."

A cold smile crept up his handsome face, and then, without warning, he morphed into his |Loot God Form|.

As he grew shimmering spiraling horns of a dark golden shade and the body of a demonic dragon in humanoid form, his existence quickly took on the shape of something terrifying.

But as a great man once said: Sometimes, to fight a great evil, one must become a greater evil.

In the Immortal World, life spanned on for Infinity. But just like weak, helpless Mortals, they could die. But for Azmodeus, neither his lifespan nor longevity mattered one single bit, only potential loot. That was all that mattered.

If he had to shed away his humanity to pursue benefits and loot, then so be it; he would do it without hesitation.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Countless sonic booms reverberated through the surroundings as Azmodeus blitzed toward his mark!

"Roooarrghh!!!"

A massive kaiju-like monster turned its scaly face away from its equally massive monster opponent. Seeing that a bug wished to interfere in its noble battle, the kauiju built up a great amount of purplish blue energy within its throat. Then, with a blaring, spine-crawling sound, the purple energy was unleashed from its throat in the form a large beam of purple energy!

"Another classic, eh?"

While muttering to himself, Azmodeus suddenly stopped midair and positioned himself in a way that made him look like he was about to thwart a rapidly approaching object.

Entirely out of the expected, he did just that. As he easily centered his arms around the all-encompassing beam of energy, he quite literally grabbed it and altered its course!

Although not in the traditional sense, there was no doubt that Azmodeus put his hands around the purple beam of light and flipped it upwards!

BAZOOOOM!

Shooting up into the mid-evening sky, the radiant beam of light ultimately exploded a few tens of thousands of meters in the air, a sight that looked no less than an atomic firework!

Azmodeus conveniently ignored the huge mushroom cloud forming up above him. Instead, he put all his attention on the puzzled kaiju monster. The beast couldn't even begin to comprehend what had just happened, but before it received the chance to ponder the matter, the area in front of it was overwhelmed with an uncountable number of sword arcs!

Letting out an unwilling bellow, the kaiju monster rotated with the full force of everything it had. Circulating every ounce of its energy, its scales and fins glowed to a unbelievable level. Then, under the discerning eyes of its previous opponent, the kaiju activated its final move!

While erasing everything in a circular direction, the sword slashes forged their path past even the Grade 9 Human Immortal Realm Kaiju. Before they had the time to react, the sword slashes reached a few kaiju monsters as a vast array of system notifications soon appeared.

While looking at the mountain ranges eviscerated in the aftermath of his Sword Slash, Azmodeus also glanced at the pop-up screens.

Clearly ecstatic over these new advancements, his blitzing figure in the sky took on a darker shade of red. While returning to the Immortal's Hunter Guild building, his aura only became progressively more bubbly.

With everything done and out of the way, it was finally time for him to rank up into E-Rank, which was yet another thing to be happy about!

In a few minutes, Azmodeus was already standing outside the front doors of the Immortal Hunter's Guild. Entering through those same doors, he quickly made his way over to where Ru Ling was standing.

He promptly stuck up his hand and showed her the holographic bracelet. After letting her scan the bracelet, he heard her smilingly say, "You have completed just enough quests and received enough quest reputation to take the rank-up test! Would you like to go through with it right away, or…?"

"Right away, if you can," Azmodeus said flatly.

Ru Ling's smile widened at this response. Quickly, she took out an odd metallic key-like object and said, "If you take this key and head down that way, you will find a door with a number that matches the one on the key. This is how you will start the fighting simulation necessary to become an E-Rank Immortal Hunter."
