After shaking his head to clear his thoughts, he turned to look at the long iron bars that prevented him from leaving through a cracked cobblestone hallway.

The first thing he tried was bending the bars; the result was obviously one of disappointment…

"As I thought, from my speed to my strength and everything else, all of it has been adjusted to the… Immortal Lines that make the world go around?" Scratching his head in confusion, he said, "Maybe they are like World Lines but the Immortal version? So Immortal World Lines."

Azmodeus hit the mark on the bullseye, but no one would tell him that…

"Just like with the Astral Plane, these Immortal World Lines make my strength appear less than it previously was. But in reality, I am leagues above my past self in terms of power."

The sound of creaking resounded in the hallow underground dungeons as a rustic metal gate door opened with a clang. Then, with somewhat organized steps, five men in armor walked through the dungeon before making it to where the only prisoner was. Afterward, they unisonly turned toward the cell.

The two men at the front moved out of the way, allowing a sixth presence to be known in the underground dungeon.

"A woman…?" Looking up from his relaxed sitting position, Azmodeus saw a girl with long, curly black hair.

She had a button nose, long babydoll eyelashes, bright red lips, expensive jewelry, and a well-endowed womanly figure.

'In other words… she's most definitely a Thot! I know a Thot when I see one, and this lady smells like the Queen of Thots!'

Sensing the Thotness from miles away, Azmodeus narrowed his eyes in suspicion before staring at the noble lady like a predatory devil.

Shiver.

The gaze focused only on her caused an electrical current to spread throughout the busty body of the Eldest Princess of the Everveil Empire. But for some odd reason, a euphorical smirk crept up her stunning face…

'Oh sh*t, this woman spells so much trouble that even if I were a wizard, there would be no way in hell I could hope to escape the spells I'm feeling…'

Taking Azmodeus out of his thoughts, the Eldest Princess spoke up with an almost sickeningly sweet feminine voice. She successfully garnered his attention, saying, "I apologize for how my father and his attendants have treated you like a criminal. But you see, you appeared outside my room in the dead of night, and everyone assumed you were a pervert.

My father and everyone else were ready to execute you right then and there, but after some adamant convincing, I got them to keep you in here until you woke up."

Getting to this part of her explanation, a crimson tinge formed on her rosy cheeks.

'Ahhh, so it's this sort of setup, huh? Pinning the entire blame on everyone but herself and then talking about all the trouble she went through to 'save the day.' Just as I expected, this woman is a certified Thot. In fact, I wouldn't doubt it if someone told me she was the one who threw me in this cell.

Gaining both my favor and putting herself in better lighting—I must say, it's not that shabby a plan.'

Azmodeus nodded a couple of times in acknowledgment before his gaze turned icy cold, and he once again returned to glaring at the hateful woman.

The same shock spread through the Eldest Princess's body, but rather than anger her, it only seemed to heighten her excitement further.

Working quickly to prevent a creepy smile from forming on her face, she lightly coughed before saying, "I know you must be in a state of bewilderment and are likely angry at the people who look like your captors, but I will soon show you that we are just trying to help you."

As she took elegant steps away from her guards, they were about to follow along, but with a simple hand raise, they stopped in their tracks and awaited further commands.

'Like robots… Bereft of even the smallest amount of independence… It is obvious that this woman has scarred their minds in one way or another.'

Going even more on guard, Azmodeus was ready to strike out at any given moment.

However, when he tried circulating his energy…

'Nothing… My strength might as well be equivalent to a chicken…'

He also realized that this was likely why the crazy noblewoman was courageous enough to leave the side of what were obviously her personal guards. Being beyond the Half-Immortal Realm, the difference between her and him was like the difference between heaven and earth.

As she approached the metal bars of the prison cell, the Eldest Princess, Yan Jie, circulated her Immortal Energy and effortlessly bent the bars enough to allow her to walk in. She then walked up to the menacing devil-eyed man and lifted his chiseled chin with her index finger. "You really are the most handsome man I've ever seen," she said.

"Even among the high-ranking immortals, I've never seen one anywhere close to your level."

Suddenly feeling an immense surge of killing intent, Yan Jie retracted her hand and backed up a few steps.

Viewing the red-eyed man once more, she frighteningly looked up and saw a premonition of unequivocally, all-encompassing… death.

However, as if it were all a bad nightmare, it came and went in the blink of an eye.

Becoming genuinely enraged by the resistance of her 'toy,' she angrily shouted, "You dare show off your useless sorcery in front of me!? Do you have any idea what I could do to you!?"

Her pretty and refined facial features quickly morphed into something far uglier and far more sinister. While glowering at the apathetic man, she took it a step further and grabbed his collar before slapping him in the face…
