Chapter 161 The Traveler.
The other gods were not too happy about it. A human who was more than able to battle every single god had been brought into the world.
There was no way they would accept such a being existing in the world.
They wanted Gilgamesh destroyed.
Calling Nimara for a discussion with the rest of the high ranking gods. Each one, more than ready to take the necessary steps.
As they requested, Nimara presented herself before then, pleading for their acceptance. She might be a powerful god, but even she knew her limits.
Her pleas were all met with deaf ears.
A last resort to save her daughter, Nimara fought and died.
Sending half their forces to earth to kill Gilgamesh who was now a 13 year old girl, they began to destroy the whole of her father's land, killing him also.
Just when it seemed like she would be next, a young man, whose name was rumoured to be The Traveler,. arrived before her, slaying them all in the blink of an eye.
The young man took Gilgamesh in and raised her as one of his own, teaching her everything she needed to know about being a half god.
Gilgamesh looked up to him, eventually falling in love with the young man.
Until a day came...
The young man was seated on a small hill, 20 year old Gilgamesh positioned beside him.
In his words, he told her,
"A few decades from now, I will grow powerful enough to hold the world in my hands, powerful enough to attract the very beings that slumber. I cannot rewrite fate, nor can I battle it, but I can manipulate it. I cannot guarantee my success, and thus I ask of you, if sometime in the future, I grow too strong, and you notice the presence of another watching me, put an end to me, and sever the realm like I thought you."
Those words echoed in Gilgamesh's ears as the man disappeared.
At this time, the young man had made her the queen of Uruk, taking her from a weak girl, to the strongest being to walk the earth.
She vowed to honour his wish.
Waiting for the day he would return to her.
[Flashback ends]
.....
'I see...'
Ha Joon gripped his chest, his eye brow squinting a bit as he looked to the ground.
He had gotten the informations he needed.
'So why do I feel like I'm only getting more confused? And why do I feel this heavy pain in my chest?'
He sighed.
Ding!
[Ciel has a report.]
[Taming of the half god has failed.]
'Uhn?'
[Ceil has tried other methods, but taming the half god is not possible.]
'The hell? Are you fr?' Ha Joon placed his hand on his jaw, 'I would have said my skill ranking is too low compared to Gilgamesh. That can't be the case since my skill is at God's rank, basically the highest rank. Could it be...'n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
Ha Joon looked to the side, and there, Gilgamesh was looking back at him with a smile on her face. He flinched a bit.
"You're awake..."
"Of course I'm awake, I've been watching you make different kinds of faces, is there something on your mind you would like to share with me?"
Gilgamesh asked, her smile glowing as brightly as her aura.
"No, not... really..."
Ha Joon replied, looking to the side with a nervous smile on his face.
Still, he couldn't keep the thoughts out, why on earth doesn't his skill work on her?
"Is that so?" Gilgamesh sat up right, "You just missed your opportunity to have another round of sex."
She got down from the bed, standing naked in the middle of the room.
With a single snap of her fingers, she was dressed in her royal attire.
Ha Joon shook is head, "Would it have killed you to dress like a normal person?"
"You mean putting on my clothes manually?"
'Manually?' Ha Joon chuckled weirdly.
"That's boring, why would I do something like that? Anyways, what do you think? The woman before you looks amazing does she not?"
Gilgamesh placed her on her waist right after sweeping her golden hair to the back.
Ha Joon still bothered about the situation at hand, smiled, "Of course, Lady Gilgamesh always looks good."
"Right? Oh that reminds me, what's the name of your maid again?" She pointed.
"Maid?"
"You know, the girl with the weird eyes..."
'Weird eyes' Ha Joon thought for a while, the only person he knew had weird designs in her eyes was...
"Yukio?"
"She chose the name Yukio?"
Hahahahahahah!
Gilgamesh burst out laughing, her arms wrapped around her stomach
"Chose? What do you mean by that?" Ha Joon was curious.
"Don't worry about that, you hand some man, I have something to settle with a jealous bitch, I'll be back, don't wait too long."
And with no further words, Gilgamesh walked out of the room, waving her hands.
"Honestly, this woman..."
Ha Joon fell flat on the bed, looking at the ceiling as different thoughts began to play in his head.
The man called the Traveler.
Didn't he look too much like him? And why on earth would he want to separate the god realm.
"Tsk! I should have known things wouldn't be normal when dealing with Gilgamesh." Ha Joon grunted frustratedly.
"Ohhhhh, you say this now, my love?"
Ha Joon's face turned cringe, he recognised the voice.
Looking to the side, he could see Sinex lying on the bed, her legs dancing as she smiled like a kid.
"How long have you been here?" Ha Joon asked, though he regretted asking the moment he did.
"Uhmm, let me see, during the 7th round!" Sinex smiled even more, her fingers raised to count the same number.
"You really need help...."
Ha Joon set up right.
"Can you blame me? Watching you man handle other women while shoving your hard **** down there *** just so they can gag for air as you *** them down. Ahhh~ how exhilarating..."
Sinex spoke excitedly, moving her body up and down on the bed.
Her words was only a background shatter compared to the thoughts running in Ha Joon's mind.
Something most definitely didn't seem right.
Maybe Yukio was right.
