Possessing so many tanks was a great feeling. Those people were all over the adventurers, then even cotton monsters had acted like the great shield. On the backline, Kyoya was the one who excelled the most!

Though there were a lot of archers, his arrow five was landing the most damage every fifth attack. It could be seen by the strongest archers who had put a lot of attention on Kyoya. Unbeknown to him, Kyoya had been marked as the next target.

However, the archers weren't the only ones looking out.

Xaya tilted her head, but then her body flew. She followed her husband who was retreating toward the end of the natural safe zone. The backs of the archers were all exposed from this place allowing Kyoya to point his arrow at their bows.

However, the archers had long ago marked Kyoya.

At least a few of them had spun to face Kyoya!

"Bastard! Don't think of yourself as a clever smartass!"

"Mere goblin won't protect you! That taming technique will be also ours!"

The last one to exclaim was Xaya. The attention of the archers was not so expected, at least this fast. She clasped her hands, then gestured them to shot the arrows at the husband who was also channeling up his mana!

That's what Kyoya thought, but their 'MANA' was far less than he had anticipated. The husband rode on his trance state, then amid the volley, his bow momentary lowered.

Following that notification were two other messages that mentioned the death briefly. Kyoya wasn't peeking at the system for now though. He turned his attention to the volley, then successfully broke their consecutive attacks!

Overjoyed by these words, Xaya's bad mood got thrown aside! The joyful emotions flowed through her body so much that everyone could see it including the cotton monsters. Now, the attention of the adventurers from the safe zone was on the husband.

Jealous, but also enraged from the loss of the archers, the adventurers marched forward against the husband. The small earthquakes also swept through the safe zone from the steps of the cotton monsters!

Everyone was going for the husband!
