*sleesh* *puchi* Yao Lian's sharp claws pierced through Zhao Tian's stomach tearing his skin and muscles as blood gushed out of his abdomen staining Yao Lian's hand.

Huh? Yao Lian was taken aback as Zhao Tian didn't dodge or parry 'What happened?'

Seeing the blood splurting out from her gut, Ning Xue's eyes dilated in terror "T-TIANN?"

However, Zhao Tian was smiling as a mutter escaped his lips...

Yelling in frustration, the claws on Yao Lian's fingers condensed and she dashed towards him at her full speed, pink lightning sparkling on her feet.

In the next instant, Yao Lian appeared in front of Zhao Tian and thrust her hand, but Zhao Tian just smiled "Not this time..."

He swiftly caught her wrist and raised his leg, giving a low axe kick to her face and smashing her head to the ground.

*thoom* The ground cracked and a pained growl escaped Yao Lian's lips "Urghhhhh!"

Zhao Tian smirked in his heart looking at Yao Lian who was smashed on the ground by his foot 'Good thing I could comprehend this time energy...'

'I am sure this is how the First Honoured One also learned to manipulate this time energy and created that artifact. I wonder how many years it took for her to comprehend this and create an artifact of that level.'

'For now, I can rewind time for like 6 seconds... But I couldn't go back 6 seconds when I am already in a 6 seconds rewind.'

'If I could do that, I could even go back in time for hour, a day and weeks... that would just be a broken ability.'

During the space distortion and ascension of this planet Earth, Zhao Tian not only comprehended Space energy, he also learned this time energy in that time stopped world.

But for now, he can only rewind time for 6 seconds and the ability is prime time.

He just let Yao Lian hit him, so he could test this skill and see if it could recover even fatal injuries.

As Zhao Tian let go of her hand, Yao Lian quickly jumped behind, took some steps back and touched her face.

Looking at the blood staining her fingers, her gaze trembled "HOW DARE YOU, BASTARD! YOU HURT MY BEAUTIFUL FACE?"

Meanwhile, Zhao Tian frowned looking at his palm 'The moment I touched her wrist...'

He turned his gaze to Yao Lian and saw the rage burning in her eyes "Did you just suck some of my life energy when I touched you?"

*SWOOOSSHHH* Suddenly pink astral energy burst out from Yao Lian's body as lightning crackled around her, trembling the atmosphere.

*flick* *flick* Numerous pink orbs appeared around her crackling with lightning and in the next instant, they were shot towards Zhao Tian and Ning Xue.

*swish* Zhao Tian disappeared from his place as a sword appeared in his grasp.

*slessh* He maneuvered the sword in his palm as the blade sliced through the pink orbs cleaving them into two.

Yao Lian opened her mouth as pink energy condensed around in front of her lips and as Zhao Tian closed near her, a pink barrier surrounded her to protect her until she charges her beam.

Zhao Tian smiled upon seeing this and as his fingers touched the pink barrier, the space fabric began to break and twist with his force.

*treek* The pink barrier shattered to pieces by his touch and Yao Lin getting frustrated by this, shot the beam from her mouth.

*feen* Looking at the incoming beam, Zhao Tian stretched his left hand and blocked the pink beam with his left hand.

Feeling the energy, Zhao Tian frowned slightly 'Her powers have been boosted. I see, so she burned her life energy to gain such strength.'

'But in the end, this beam contains lightning and as the Archon of elementals, the elemental attacks won't hurt me... only the astral energy does.'

As the beam dimmed, Zhao Tian looked at Yao Lian who was taking heavy breaths with her face all sweaty.

Zhao Tian retracted the sword back into his storage ring and walked to her "That's what happens when you burn your life energy by straining your body."

As he walked closer to her, a sudden pink orb was shot towards him. *swish*

Zhao Tian reached out. grasping the orb in his hand and crushing it between his palms as it shattered to pieces.

*Haah* *Haah* Yao Lian took quick breaths as her eyes flickered with lightning 'What is he? That woman has Empyreal flames... but he is still on the same stage as me and still.'

'I will just escape from here...'

*SWOOOSHH* Yao Lian began to burn her life energy even more and this time, even pink flames began to form around her body.

Glancing at the enormous outburst of life energy, Zhao Tian was surprised, his hair fluttering in the air.

Ning Xue was dumbfounded to see the chaotic energy and mumbled "I might have lost if she used this power against me."

The swirling flames around her burned with ferocity as they began to dance around her and form a huge phantom.

The phantom grew 30 meters tall and appeared as a gigantic fox with a long tail.

"Oh..."

Raising his head, Zhao Tian glanced at the fox and saw Yao Lian running away from there in the corner of his eyes.

*flick* He teleported in front of the fox and pulled back his hand as a dark glint flickered through his eyes.

*swish* Dark flames consumed his fist and he threw a punch at the phantom fox's face.

*thoom* The phantom was blasted away in the air and seeing this, Yao Lian clicked her tongue in annoyance "Can't even keep him at bay..."

*fllck* Zhao Tian appeared before and he reached out, gripping her neck.

"Wha-" Yao Lian was taken aback, gazing into his cold blue eyes 'He is faster than me? Urghh! The time is over...'

*swish* Suddenly her body disappeared and Zhao Tian was surprised to see the small pink fox floating in front of him.

Huh?
