Chapter 256  Treasure?!

As the morning sun cast its glow on the world, the sunrays peeked through the balcony into an opulent room in the royal palace.

Muttering to herself, she again went inside the room and took a set of bluish white robes from her storage ring.

With a soft sigh, she began to remove the torn robes and put on the new robes she had just took.

After a while, she emerged from her room, walking toward the balcony, and saw that the young man had already woken up, stretching his muscles.

Letting out a sigh, Zhao Tian leaned on the railing of the balcony looking at Zhenzhu and hearing faint footsteps, his eyes flickered to the left to see the beautiful woman who was walking towards him.

"Oh, you woke up."

The woman had a stoic face and nodded her head, a tinge of gratitude in her voice as she spoke, "Thank you for saving me."

Zhao Tian nodded his head and took a quick glimpse at her abdomen. "How do you feel now?"

The woman muttered her voice gentle "Better than before. I feel refreshed."

With a slight nod, Zhao Tian turned his eyes to the beauty of Zhenzhu and the woman also leaned on the balcony beside him.

Glancing at him in the corner of her eyes, the woman spoke "By the way, My name is Rui Lian, and.."

Zhao Tian looked at her and spoke "You can just call me Tian."

"Tian." Rui Lian muttered under her lips, memorizing his name in her mind.

Both of them stood there silent, a little bit of awkwardness prevailing between them as this was the first time they were meeting each other.

Only the sound of the morning birds was heard and sensing her awkwardness, Zhao Tian asked "How did you get that injury? You escaped from your star?"

Rui Lian gently shook her head "No, I was coming towards this star in my flying ark and was suddenly attacked by space pirates."

Rui Lian nodded faintly "Even I was shocked when I saw the signal pointed toward this middle star. I don't know why my family would leave their treasures in this middle star?"

With a nod of her head, Rui Lian raised her hand as a purple necklace appeared on her palm.

The woman spoke "This is the necklace left by our Ancestors. They said that there are treasures saved in a star for the future generation and this necklace would guide us towards the treasure."

Zhao Tian let out a chuckle hearing her words "In your stars, you call Eldritchfiends as treasures?"

Huh? Rui Lian was confused and narrowed her eyes "When did... Eldritchfiends enter our conversation?"

Zhao Tian pointed his finger at her necklace and said, "I have seen this patterns before."

What? Rui Lian was stunned and hastily asked "Where? Where did you saw these patterns?"

"I saw these patterns in a giant box which was sealing the Eldritchfiends."

H-Huh? A box sealing the Eldritchfiends? Rui Lian's eyebrows squinted in confusion as she thought of his words.

"No... that must be a different pattern This is a pattern created by our ancestors. It is not used to seal Eldritchfiends."

Zhao Tian shrugged his shoulders "Its not my concern if you believe it or not. I am just stating the fact."

Seeing his confident eyes, Rui Lian's heart trembled 'These pattern on Eldritchfiends?'

"Then show me the proof, take me there now and show me those patterns."
