Alexander appeared in the Goa Kingdom. Thanks to him, the quality of life had gotten much better there. The Gray Terminal was not just a lawless area anymore. It had become a recycling hub.

He went straight to the Royal palace and found the three mischievous fellas.

"Ah, yes, right there. That's the spot." Hats directed a servant to scratch his back.

Berry was getting a massage on his back and Douglas sat on a recliner with cucumbers on his eyes.

*BAM BAM BAM*

The three received a hard knock on their heads, "What the hell are you three doing? What did you do to the family living here?"

"Ah, what is it, old man? We're just relaxing. Besides, we deserve this after what we did." Douglas argued.

Alexander shrank one eye in doubt, "What did you do?"

This time Berry spoke proudly, "Heheheee... A little kid named Shampoo ca..."

"You both are dumb it seems, It was neither Shampoo nor Saru. It was Sabo," Huts corrected them.

Berry then continued," Anyway, Sabo came to us and told us that his parents were planning on burning the Gray Terminal because it was generating more money than the kingdom itself and a Celestial Dragon was coming to visit.

"The boy was the son of a noble family. So we decided to help. Hats here planned we should take over the kingdom, it's better under us than those racist royals."

"What about the Celestial Dragon?" Alexander asked.

"In the dungeon," Hats answered.

*Sigh*

"If you three think the kingdom is better under you then why are you sitting here like some pompous kings and not working?"

"It's our break time," Douglas interjected.

"Yes, we worked a lot last week," Berry added.

Both Hats and Douglas looked at him and facepalmed. Alexander laughed and cracked his knuckles. Douglas quickly got up and started to leave, "I'll go and cut the grass in the castle."

"Wait here boy, you started this mess so you will clean it. I appoint you as this kingdom's administrator. Your job will be to keep a watch on all the trade, law, and order while increasing the GDP and quality of life. You have 3 months to show progress or else you will cut the grass in Phixheim again but with an even smaller scissors this time." The more Alexander spoke, the more horrified Douglas became.

"But old man, what about my fight lessons?" He tried to find a way out.

"No slacking. I found Ragnarok so he will continue giving you lessons. He will be keeping an eye on you three as well." He announced.

While Alexander was talking, Berry tried to sneak away but Alexander accio him back.

"Damn it," Berry cursed.

"Berry, you are growing dumber by the day. You are banned from playing video games and watching movies. You will be going to the local school from now on." He declared.

Berry's wings fell down, "I don't want to teach, dad"

Alexander lightly knocked on his head, "You will be studying there. Now go home and ask Olivia for a school bag and books."

Lastly, it came to Hats, "Now you. You call yourself the Lord of Chaos, right? Then I want you to go and annoy the celestial dragons and the world government. That's your job."

This was more like a happy job for him. That's what he was good at. "Hoho... I am going to have so much fun now."

"But you must inform me if you find anything important. Okay?" Alexander instructed.

"Yes, boss. Hats will do his best. Bye-bye" He said that and poofed away.

Alexander looked back and saw Douglas and Berry still standing, "What the hell are you still doing here? GO TO WORK!"

The two ran away like they had rockets on their backs. Just then Garp also entered, laughing. "Hahaha.... you really have a fun family. Each one of them is unique. Though do tell me why a bird calls you dad?"

"Ah, it's a long story. He saw me first when he hatched out of an egg and I adopted him. Forget this, let's go and see the royal family and the celestial dragon in dungeons." Alexander walked away.

In their way, Alexander asked something, "Garp, I never asked this but who is Luffy's mother?"

Garp scratched his bead, "Aaa... Dragon never told me. He said it must be kept a secret so I never asked."

"Hmm, I should pay a visit to him someday." Alexander thought out loud.

"No one knows where his base is," Garp argued.

"Haha, that 'no one' doesn't include me, boy. Now, let's see why a celestial dragon decided to visit this place."

They both came to the underground dungeon and saw 4 people tied there. 3 of them were members of the royal family and the other was probably a celestial dragon.

"Garp, get me out of here. Those peasants locked me in here." Outlook III shouted.

Alexander nearly laughed, the beings they were calling peasants were an angel, divine phoenix, and a god of chaos.

Garp whistled his way to the Celestial Dragon, ignoring them. This Celestial Dragon was a man and he looked surprisingly calm.

"Who are you and why did you come here?" Alexander asked and also checked his sins.

Alexander blinked his eyes repeatedly in disbelief. ~How is this guy so pure?~

"I am Saint Divine. I came to meet you but they put me here for some reason." He said and cleaned his clothes of the dust. Now Alexander noticed that the man was also not wearing the notorious oxygen mask that those celestial dragons wore when leaving Mary Geoise.

"What does a Celestial Dragon want with me?" He asked.

"I will be blunt. I genuinely believe that you are the strongest being in the world and can destroy the world government. I'd love for that to happen. What I want from you is a way out. Unlike others in my community, I strictly abhor slavery and other preferential treatments we get. I want to leave Mary Geoise and live here with my family, on this island under your security." Saint Divine explained.

Alexander nodded, "Do tell me why haven't you done that by now?"

Saint Divine looked at him with firm resolve, "Because I know how the world works. If I had gotten out like that foolish Homing, my family would have been killed by angry mobs. Just like the Donquixote family."

Alexander still felt like the man was just telling the half-truth and decided to force him to say, "I want the truth."

Saint Divine felt dejected and sat down. "*Sigh* 8 years ago. My sister married a commoner and gave birth to a baby. The child and his father were said to have been killed by CP0 but my sister was locked in Mary Geoise. I want to take her away from there."

"Alright, Dobby will go with you and bring her here. Your arrival here is something that most likely didn't go unnoticed by the five Elders." Alexander nonchalantly said and started to leave.

Saint Divine was shocked for a bit, "Just like that?"

Alexander smirked, "Yeah, what were you expecting to happen. Did you think I'd ask for money? I'm not a pirate, boy. Just so you know, Homing and his family didn't die either. He called me just before the mob was about to get him. I saved his sick wife and faked all their deaths. His family now lives here and his two sons are commanders in the Golden Justice Army. Now go."

Once Alexander and Garp were alone, Garp spoke. "Hahaha, so the world's most wanted, the hero of marines and a family of Celestial dragons will be living in the same freaky island."

~Add a Pirate King, an Elf, a Phoenix, an angel, a lord of chaos, and a planet-sized Dragon to it~ he said to himself.

"That is what I call progress, Garp. Now I'll go and deal with the royal family by stripping them of their titles. See you later."
