Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy

Chapter 2345 Spatial Merge

Chapter 2345  Spatial Merge

Millions of people stopped in the street as they felt the intense aura that covered heaven and earth. Within moments, they began realizing that the aura actually came from the inheritance site known as the 'Memory of God.' A question came to their minds. A possibility. Even as the words stirred in people's minds, individuals began appearing from inside the secret realm. One by one, they were seemingly tossed out into the outside. It took a moment for them to realize that they had even been sent out. Alex and Pearl flew toward the incident to see what was going on. They couldn't get too close, however, as a perimeter was already created by Divine Realm cultivators. Alex and Pearl could only stay in the periphery and watch as the disgruntled Immortals and Divinities that were sent out unceremoniously began trying to explain what was happening to the Divine Realm cultivators that questioned them. As it turned out, no one knew. Everyone within the secret realm was isolated for the most part. Only rarely were they pitted against each other in some test, but mostly they were tested solo. Alex looked around, trying to see if he could find Aethersage or Killersky. He noticed Killersky pop out a moment later. She grabbed her head as though it hurt her and shook the pain away before looking up at the approaching Divine Realm cultivator. "Do you know what is happening in there?" the man asked her. "What? Why… am I out here?" she asked. "I was in the middle of listing down the importance of…" She looked around, noticing that it wasn't just her who was sent out. Others were as well. She turned back toward the Divine Realm cultivator and shook her head. "I'm sorry, I don't know what is going on, Fellow Daoist." The Divine Realm cultivator made way for her to leave. "You may go." Killersky slowly nodded and moved away from the man. A moment later, she stopped for a split second, as if suddenly realizing something, before she continued. "Sister Killersky!" Alex called out to her. Killersky looked toward him and raised an eyebrow. She approached him, moving past the perimeter. "You were thrown out too?" she asked. Alex couldn't help but grimace at the words. "I hadn't yet entered. I was going to enter a few days later." "Huh? Hasn't it been over two months?" she asked. "Yes," Alex said. "I will explain later. Have you seen Brother Aethersage?" Killersky looked around. "Is he not out?" she asked. Alex shook his head. Just then, he felt a surge of spatial energy erupt from around the secret realm. The empty space deep within the forest below flickered suddenly, growing from the size of a speck to the size of an island. The spatial pocket was unstable and was merging with the outside world. "How… can this be?" Alex asked, surprised. He had never seen something like this happen before. A spatial pocket merging with natural space. "Oh!" Killersky responded in surprise to what she saw. "I wasn't aware this was an artificial spatial pocket." Alex looked at her. "Artificial? You mean someone made it?" he asked. "Has to be. Whatever was keeping it stable must have been destroyed. So that's why we were thrown out," she said. Alex looked back, stunned to realize the reason behind this commotion. It was because the space inside the secret realm had grown unstable and was being pulled back outside to merge with the natural space it was most likely taken away from. Space rippled, not just to Alex, but to everyone who watched. Rarely did people get to see spatial phenomena with their bare naked eyes, but today they did. The space rippled and pushed out. It physically pushed everyone away, including the Divine Realm cultivators. It did no harm, however, besides just that. And once it was gone, it revealed at the center a large expanse of land that wasn't there before. All of it, however, was sadly destroyed. Rocks, plants, trees. Nothing survived the internal space reintegrating with the outside. Like a perfectly made puzzle board suddenly dropped to the ground, the contents of a secret realm were now a pile of mess. However, not all of it was a mess. There was one thing that was right, and it was the man that stood at the top of the pile. With his red hair billowing in the wind, Aethersage stood on the dirt, with his head raised high. He looked up at everyone that stared down at him and smiled. He raised his hand, and something appeared before him. A crystalline light-blue cauldron appeared above him, simple in its design, but by no consideration a bad thing. The people looked at the cauldron, confused as to why the young man had suddenly shown it to everyone. Then Aethersage began talking. "This is Moonshard." His words sounded calm, but they reached everyone's ears with great intensity. The word 'Moonshard' only raised confusion in most people, but among a very select few Divine Realm cultivators, it raised a possibility. "Young man… is that…" a Divine Realm cultivator asked. "This is the cauldron used by the late Alchemy God who created this inheritance site," he said. "This cauldron is the inheritance that was left behind, and it is now mine. Forever carve these words into your hearts, fellow cultivators. I, Aethersage, have the inheritance of the Alchemy God." The words caused a wave of awe and astonishment to pass through the entire group of people that were gathered there. Aethersage's words had an air to them that made it believable. Slowly, people began understanding that what he had said was, in fact, true. The Divine Realm cultivators surrounded him immediately to ask questions, but because this was Wineweed City, the ones that got to him first were his own people, who managed to keep the others off him. Alex and Killersky could do nothing else but watch as Aethersage was escorted away by the Divine Realm cultivators. Alex wasn't much concerned with Aethersage or the Inheritance at the moment. Instead, he looked down at the pile of mess on the floor. "Uh… how do I get my flowers now?" n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
