Chapter 120
Sunwoo stared blankly at Kang Jinwook. What did he just say? He had heard the words, but they didn’t quite register in his mind.
“What?”
Sunwoo eventually asked again. What did he mean? What did I just hear?
“I said, let’s have a wedding.”
Kang Jinwook gently rubbed Sunwoo’s cheek with the back of his hand, the hand that wasn't holding the baby. The warmth of the touch reached Sunwoo, but at that moment, he couldn’t properly register it. Only the words that Kang Jinwook had spoken filled his mind.
A wedding? A wedding? ... So, you’re saying we should have a wedding? Did Kang Jinwook just say that?
“Huh…”
After repeating the same words in his head several times, Sunwoo finally began to process it, and only then did he slowly nod his head. Sunwoo exaggerated his movements, making sure Kang Jinwook didn’t miss it.
Kang Jinwook’s hand, still on Sunwoo’s cheek, swayed up and down along with Sunwoo’s head.
“You made a good decision.”
Kang Jinwook said with a gentle smile. And, as if it were a matter of course, he leaned in to kiss Sunwoo’s lips.
“Ugh, uhh, uhh, waaa!”
Perhaps feeling neglected because neither of the two fathers were paying attention to him, the baby burst into tears. Surprised, Sunwoo quickly looked at the baby. In the brief moment, tears had started to fall, and his face was scrunched up in distress.
How could someone look so cute and lovable while crying?
Sunwoo kissed the baby’s cheeks, and then kissed the baby’s forehead, between the eyes, around the nose, and the corners of the lips. He could taste a salty, tear-streaked kiss on his own lips.
What do you think?
